Shipping Rates and Policies
Shipping and returns
- $15 Flat rate shipping on all orders in the US. Please call for rates outside the US.
- We will ship products with insurance for your
protection.
- We ship USPS Priority.
- You can return any purse for a credit towards another
purse for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
All workmanship is
guaranteed. If you ever loose a crystal return the purse to me and I will
replace it for no charge or I can send you one with instructions to
repair. Additionally, if you loose a silver concho, I can most often send
a replacement for $5.00. If you ever have any other problem with your
purse, just let me know, return it to me and I will repair it. Each
Diamond 57 creation should be a worthy family heirloom that will last a long
time. All repairs require purchaser to pay all shipping costs.
